Paul Richards
Born on the upper west side of New York City, Paul is a true “city-kid”. From an early age Paul has been involved in the arts, first as an actor/model and now as a videographer. He studied acting at the world famous American Academy of Dramatic Arts and at HB Studios in Greenwich Village. He also attended the Talent Unlimited program at Julia Richman High School for the Performing Arts. He has a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University, New York City.
Paul has lived around the world in such diverse places as SPAIN, AUSTRALIA and COSTA RICA. He feels most at home traveling the world from Nepal, Germany, Ecuador, Thailand, The Galapagos Islands, the Amazon of Ecuador, etc.. (In other words, he feels most at home not being at home!) Fluent in Spanish and some French - more importantly he speaks the international language of “paz e amor” (peace and love).
Paul’s greatest passion and focus is documentaries, especially documentaries on travel, people, art and culture. As a world traveler, Paul brings a unique point of view to his documentaries. He is a self-taught filmmaker – learning his craft, quite literally, on the streets of the world!
